Returns

You may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs, plus 15% restocking fee. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. If a product arrives at your shipping location damaged, or we made an error that cannot be remedied with replacement Items we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want a replacement, than be aware that the applicable fees will be assessed, including return fee, our actual shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

All clearance item sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging, otherwise additional charges may be applied. We cannot take returns of products that have been partially or fully assembled or modified. How to Return a Product

You may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt. All returned orders must be pre-authorized, no returns without an RMA#. Please email us at CustomerService@Godinger.com and include your original order number, or invoice number, the product(s) you are returning, and your name. We will provide you with an RMA number and a return address.

Delivery and Damaged Shipments

  • Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to issue you a refund. 
  • Write down any visible damage such as crushed box, torn, creased or other circumstances about the delivery. 
  • If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material and notify our customer service department immediately.

Delivery Information

Standard. Normal delivery time for in stock items is 3-5 business days via ground service.

State and Local Tax Information

Merchandise is subject to state and local taxes for shipments to NY.

Shipping and Handling Information

All domestic retail orders ship free via ups ground.
